Prior to Michelle's teaching career, her experience and skills come from a variety of office and management positions in the construction and telecom industries.


  •  Project Management – Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope, including coordinating between departments, setting goals, and tracking progress. 


  •  Accounts Payable and Receivable – Managing outgoing payments, verifying invoices, tracking incoming payments, and maintaining financial records. 


  •  Office Manager – Supervising staff, managing office resources, implementing office policies, and improving operational efficiency. 


  •  Tax Preparation – Preparing tax returns, reviewing financial records, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. 


  •  Payroll – Processing employee paychecks, managing payroll records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. 


  •  Profit and Loss Reports – Preparing and analyzing financial statements to assess business performance. 


  •  Bank Balance Management – Monitoring and reconciling bank account balances to ensure accurate financial records. 


  •  Executive Assistant – Providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 


  •  Corporate Travel Coordinator – Planning and organizing travel arrangements for corporate employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
